PEMGroup, a distinguished leader in luxury property and estate management, seeks a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to orchestrate the seamless interplay of services and operations across our diverse portfolio of umbrella companies. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of luxury estate management, exceptional leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Maestro: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all PEMGroup umbrella companies, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Process Architect: Develop and implement streamlined operational processes and procedures that enhance productivity, minimize risk, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration and communication between departments, promoting a unified approach to service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Performance Optimizer: Set clear performance metrics, monitor key indicators, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Compliance Guardian: Ensure strict adherence to all company regulations, policies, and guidelines, mitigating risk and safeguarding PEMGroup’s reputation.
- Vendor Virtuoso: Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality performance, and optimizing cost-efficiency.
- Technology Integrator: Leverage cutting-edge technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance communication, and improve service delivery across all PEMGroup companies.

- Proactive identification and resolution of operational challenges, exhibit astute judgment, adaptability, and a solution-focused approach.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury property management, estate management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in property operations, service delivery, vendor management, and process optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a proven track record of success in achieving operational excellence and inspiring teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in property management software, financial systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
