Job Description:
PEMGroup, a distinguished leader in luxury property and estate management, seeks an exceptional General Manager to guide our dynamic portfolio and elevate our operational excellence. This pivotal role demands a profound understanding of the luxury market, visionary leadership, and an unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled service.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Orchestration: Oversee the seamless execution of all PEMGroup services, including property management, estate management, concierge services, housekeeping, pet services and groundskeeping. Ensure efficient staff management, interdepartmental collaboration, and client satisfaction.
- Strategic Visionary: Spearhead the development and implementation of growth strategies that align with PEMGroup’s mission and financial objectives. Set ambitious performance targets, monitor key metrics, and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Financial Stewardship: Demonstrate financial acumen through meticulous budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Ensure the profitability of PEMGroup’s diverse revenue streams and optimize resource allocation.
- Client Cultivator: Forge and nurture strong relationships with PEMGroup’s discerning clientele. Proactively address concerns, exceed expectations, and ensure a personalized, white-glove service experience.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury property and estate management sector. Expand PEMGroup’s client base through strategic partnerships, targeted marketing, and the cultivation of industry relationships.
- Quality Champion: Uphold PEMGroup’s reputation for excellence by implementing and maintaining rigorous service standards. Conduct regular audits, address quality issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement across all service lines.
- Talent Architect: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals who embody PEMGroup’s values and commitment to service. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Brand Ambassador: Champion PEMGroup’s brand identity through strategic marketing initiatives, charity, social and fundraising events, as well as exemplary leadership and employee development. Enhance brand visibility, reputation, and market positioning within the luxury sector.
- Innovation Catalyst: Utilize state-of-the-art technology and groundbreaking solutions to optimize operations, enhance service provision, and augment efficiency throughout PEMGroup’s portfolio. Collaborate closely with PEMGroup managers to continuously revise corporate policy, ensuring a conducive and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Risk Manager: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement robust safety protocols to protect PEMGroup’s assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury property management, estate management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in property operations, client service, vendor management, and financial management within the luxury sector.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a proven track record of success in achieving performance goals and inspiring teams.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to change, drive innovation, and scale operations effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the Gallatin, and surrounding valleys, luxury real estate markets and a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; Master’s degree, with a focus in finance, preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and industry partners.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in property management software, financial systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for driving growth and innovation within the luxury property and estate management industry.
Signing Bonus
- $15,000 – $20,000
